EMDR Intensive

Cancellation Policy

Your EMDR Intensive session is a dedicated block of time reserved specifically for your healing and transformation. Because these sessions require significant preparation and reserve a substantial portion of the clinical schedule, the following cancellation policy applies: Non-Refundable Deposit: To secure your EMDR Intensive, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking. This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your intensive. Cancellation & Rescheduling: -Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance may be rescheduled without additional penalty; however, the $150 deposit remains non-refundable. -Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled intensive will be charged 50% of the session fee, including forfeiture of the deposit. -Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Emergency Considerations: I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur. Exceptions may be made at the clinician’s discretion for verified emergencies or serious illness. By scheduling an EMDR Intensive, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This policy is designed to honor both the depth of the work and the time and care put into preparing for your healing journey.
