Cancellation Policy

Your supervision sessions are a dedicated space for your clinical growth, reflection, and support. As a supervisor, I value your time and preparation—and in return, I ask that you honor the time we’ve reserved together with care and intention. Cancellation Guidelines: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session or no-shows will be charged the full supervision rate. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in loss of priority scheduling or reevaluation of the supervision agreement. Emergency Exceptions: I understand that life happens. In cases of verified emergencies or serious illness, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the supervisor. Please communicate any unexpected issues as soon as possible. Package Hold Policy (if applicable): If you're on a supervision package, sessions must be used within the agreed-upon timeframe (e.g., 4 or 6 months depending on your plan). Pauses in supervision may be granted on a case-by-case basis with written notice. By engaging in clinical supervision, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This policy helps ensure consistency, accountability, and respect for both our time and the supervision process.
